What are Projects?
Projects are organizational containers that help you group related links, QR codes, and other content together. They're perfect for organizing content by campaigns, clients, events, or any other logical grouping that makes sense for your workflow.

Creating Your First Project
Step 1: Access Projects
- Log in to your GoPixLinks account
- Click on "Projects" in the main navigation menu
- You'll see your existing projects and a "Create Project" button
Step 2: Create a New Project
- Click "Create Project"
- Enter a project name (e.g., "Summer Campaign 2024")
- Add a description (optional but recommended)
- Choose a color for easy identification
- Click "Create Project" to save
Step 3: Add Content to Your Project
Once your project is created, you can add content to it:
- When Creating New Content: Select the project from the dropdown
- For Existing Content: Edit the item and change its project assignment
- Bulk Assignment: Select multiple items and assign them to a project
Managing Your Projects
Viewing Projects
In the Projects section, you can:
- See all your projects in a list or grid view
- View project details and statistics
- See how many items are in each project
- Quick access to project content
Project Details
Each project shows:
- Project Name: The name you gave the project
- Description: Your project description
- Color: The color you chose for identification
- Item Count: Number of links, QR codes, etc. in the project
- Total Clicks: Combined clicks from all project items
- Creation Date: When the project was created
- Last Updated: When content was last added or modified
Editing Projects
- Find the project you want to edit
- Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon)
- Update the name, description, or color
- Click "Save" to update the project
Deleting Projects
Important: Deleting a project will move all its content to "No Project" but won't delete the content itself.
- Find the project you want to delete
- Click the "Delete" button (trash icon)
- Confirm the deletion
- The project will be removed, and content will be unassigned
