What is Account Management?

Account Management allows you to control your Transfer-PCM account settings, security preferences, billing information, and personal details. It's your central hub for customizing your experience and managing your account security.

How to Access Account Management

  • Account Menu: Click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner
  • Direct Link: Go to "Account" in the main navigation menu
  • URL: Navigate to /account in your browser

How to Use Account Management

Personal Information

Update your basic account details:

  • Name: Your display name (1-64 characters)
  • Email: Your primary email address for notifications
  • Timezone: Set your local timezone for accurate timestamps
  • Language: Choose your preferred language
  • Currency: Set your preferred currency for billing

Security Settings

Password Management

  • Change Password: Update your account password
  • Password Requirements: Must be at least 8 characters with mixed case and numbers
  • Security: Use a strong, unique password

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Enable 2FA: Add an extra layer of security
  • Setup Process:
    1. Check the "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" box
    2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
    3. Enter the 6-digit code from your app
    4. Click "Save Changes"
  • Authenticator Apps: Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.
  • Backup Codes: Save backup codes in case you lose your device

Anti-Phishing Code

  • Purpose: Helps identify legitimate emails from Transfer-PCM
  • Setup: Create a unique 8-character code
  • Usage: Official emails will include this code

  • Personal: For individual users
  • Business: For business accounts (includes tax ID field)

  • Name: Billing contact name
