What are Projects?

Projects in Transfer-PCM help you organize your file transfers into logical groups. Think of projects as folders that contain related transfers, making it easier to manage multiple file sharing activities for different purposes, clients, or campaigns.

How to Access Projects

  • Main Navigation: Click "Projects" in the top navigation menu
  • Dashboard: Access projects from the dashboard sidebar
  • Direct URL: Navigate to /projects in your browser
  • Transfer Filters: Use projects to filter transfers in the transfers list

How to Use Projects

Creating a New Project

To create a new project:

  1. Go to the "Projects" page
  2. Click the "Create Project" button
  3. Fill in the project details:
    • Name: Give your project a descriptive name
    • Description: Add details about the project purpose
    • Color: Choose a color to help identify the project
  4. Click "Create Project" to save

Managing Projects

Assigning Transfers to Projects

During Transfer Creation
